Η Παναγιώτα Βάθη-Σαράβα, είναι Επίκουρη Καθηγήτρια του Τμήματος Διοίκησης Τουρισμού του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών, με γνωστικό αντικείμενο: Μεθοδολογία Έρευνας και Στατιστικές Εφαρμογές στις Κοινωνικές Επιστήμες. Τα επιστημονικά της ενδιαφέροντα εμπίπτουν στο χώρο της εκπαίδευσης (εκπαίδευση ενηλίκων, τουριστική παιδαγωγική, οργανωσιακή μάθηση, προώθηση της δημιουργικότητας και της καινοτομίας στο πλαίσιο της διά βίου εκπαίδευσης) και της αξιολόγησης με χρήση ποσοτικών και ποιοτικών ερευνητικών εργαλείων. Συμμετέχει με εισηγήσεις σε επιστημονικά συνέδρια, δημοσιεύει ερευνητικές εργασίες της  σε επιστημονικά περιοδικά και συλλογικούς τόμους, είναι μέλος επιστημονικής επιτροπής συνεδρίων και κριτής επιστημονικών εργασιών, και ενεργό μέλος επιστημονικών ενώσεων και φορέων της κοινωνίας των πολιτών.

Panagiota Vathi-Sarava is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism Management at the University of Patras, specializing in Research Methodology and Statistical Applications in the Social Sciences. Her research interests focus on the field of education, particularly adult education, tourism pedagogy, organizational learning, and the promotion of creativity and innovation within the framework of lifelong learning, as well as evaluation through the use of quantitative and qualitative research methods. She regularly presents her work at scientific conferences and has published research papers in peer-reviewed academic journals and edited volumes. She also serves as a member of scientific committees for academic conferences and as a reviewer of scholarly articles. In addition, she is an active member of scientific associations and civil society organizations, contributing to the advancement of research and academic collaboration.
